Create Audience Segments

Once you've started adding tags to your polls, its time to start making use of this new data. Segments are groupings of users based on certain criteria like the date the user joined, or how many votes they've submitted, or the custom tags that you've added to polls. To create your first segment, navigate to the Segments page and click Create Segment.

First, give your segment a name, then using the segment builder, add conditions based on who you'd like to see in this audience. You can add multiple conditions, including multiple tags, and you can even exclude users that have certain tags. After you've added all conditions, click Save Segment to build this new segment. 

Over time, you'll see the number of users in this segment increase. To make use of this data in your system, simple export the list of users to CSV and import into your system.
