Moderate Content Reports for your Network

When content is reported on your network, you'll see the report show on the Moderation page of the Sided admin dashboard. The default view for this page is "Open Cases". To see closed cases, tap the "Closed Cases" tab at the top of the page.

To take action on a report, select one of the following options under Make a Decision:

  1. No Action - No rules were broken, case can be closed
  2. Remove Content - Remove the reported content completely from public view
  3. Hide Content - Hide this content behind an interstitial. The content author will see the content without the interstitial if they view it.
  4. Remove & Suspend - Remove the reported content and suspend the user who posted it

When suspending users, you'll have the option to suspend them for 7 days or indefinitely. If you are an Organization level admin, you'll have the option to suspend the user across all networks.

After you've selected your decision, you must also provide a reason for the decision. Next, tap the "Close Case and Notify Users" button - this will close the case, and notify both the reporting and reported user about the decision.
