After someone votes on your poll, a blue button is shown below the poll results. When comments are on, this button says "See the discussion" or "Leave the first comment" if there are no comments. If comments are off, this button says "See more polls" which opens a feed of your polls in the side panel. The text and link for this button can be customized globally for all polls, or individually for each poll.
To customize this button for a specific poll, select a poll from the polls page, and look for the Custom CTA section. Click "Add CTA" and fill in the button text and link fields, then click save. This will customize the button text for this poll only.
