Step 1 - GAM Connection
During onboarding, you'll be asked to share your Google Ad Manager (GAM) ID and admin email. This info is necessary to serving ads on your site through the Sided embed.
You can find your GAM ID on the Settings > Global Settings > Network Settings page under the label Network Code. It is typically a 9 to 11 digit numeric code.
After we receive your GAM info, we'll send a delegation request from Publisher Desk. You should get an email notification and can accept this invite on the Multiple Customer Management (MCM) page in your GAM dashboard.
Step 2 - Ads.txt
Once the GAM connection is made, we'll send over a list of entries to add to your ads.txt file. You may require a developer to complete this step.
After you've added these entries, please let your account manager know this step is complete.
Step 3 - Google Approval
After the first two steps are complete, we'll submit your site to Google for approval to serve ads. This process can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days. As soon as we receive approval, we'll let you know and will turn ads on for your embeds. You should see them showing on your site immediately.
